I have been taking OTC for the past week and have also noticed terrible breakouts on my cheeks and chin. Supposedly this is normal, and the best effects of the pill take about 2 months to kick in. I also read that it's normal to feel tired and/or depressed, so don't think that you are alone! There are more people than you think who battle with acne and feel its horrible psychological effects. Give it time - if it dosen't work, you can always stop using it and your skin will return to normal. Good luck! =)
