Birth Control Pills

I have been on the pill for 1 1/2. On Estrostep Fe I would start my period on Monday night after taking the last active pill on Sat. I switch to Lo Ovral for 2 months and started on Wed. morning...which drove me crazy. Will my start time go back to what it was before? Please help.

I take the pill everyday at the same time and my boyfriend also withdraws during sex. Do we need to worry about pregnancy? We are very careful.
