I am 21 and I've been taking ortho tri-cyclen for the last year. Let me tell you from the beginning my skin was not perfect, but I didnt have acne or anything serious like that. I went on this pill cause i was told it would help. I think it has helped in some areas. Sometimes my skin is clear. Other times it will break out. So its really hard to tell if its gonna work. It took about 2 or 3 months til my skin started to clear up. I think most times my face does break out though is when Im about 2 start my period. Give it a try, I dont have any complaints on this birth control at all! :) good luck
