I hope that you aren't reading this, because then you are doing what you are supposed to be doing, not seeking reassurance. I just wanted to post to congratulate you on coming so far in such a short time. You are doing everything right and making great progress. And I like your fighting spirit. I hope that everyone who reads your post will listen to your advice.
All of the sexual stuff that was hard for you to post is so true. The more that you look at all the porn on the internet, the more desensitized you become to real life. My father-in-law had an expression that he used in order to point out any excess in life, "Nothing tastes good anymore". That is true of anything done in excess.
Finally, yes, there has to be a place for faith in God in our lives. He will pick you up when no one else can. Faith is another hard thing to do for some, myself included. But with patience and practice, it will come through for you when you are down. God bless you and all others who are struggling with OCD.
