I think you need to do a lot of research on anti-depressants, before you decide to take one. Go on the internet, and you will find your answer. Look at all aspects on the subject. If you are not comfortable in taking one there are alternitives ways. I know when I took Abnormal Psychology last semester, my book and teacher metioned that Cognitive therapy without meds is the best way to go.
