I'm not quite sure I

I'm not quite sure I understand what you are asking, so more information would be helpful. It sounds like you have been having recurring dreams that you need to take your graduation exam, and find those distressing.

There are many different theories regarding the content of our dreams, but it sounds like something is causing you distress (besides just the dream itself).

It may be beneficial for you to talk to someone who can help you determine what is really distressing you (e.g. something at work, at home, a relationship issue, etc). It may be that this stress is manifesting itself in this recurring dream. Once you know what is bothering you then you can take steps to address it. That may help the dream subside, although there are no guarantees.

In the meantime, do things that help reduce stress such as exercising regularly, yoga, meditation, or progressive relaxation exercises,to name a few.

I hope this helps!
