I need help fast. This man is

I need help fast. This man is constantly talking of killing people and then himself. I am afraid for members of his family. Can anyone give me some direction. His wife is afraid to call police. He has a gun and says he will start shooting as soon as he sees an officer.

You need to call 911 immediately. Inform them that this person has a gun and that he is threatening to start shooting if he sees an officer. They are trained to handle these types of situations.
