hi im 18 with depression no friends dont speak to my family much and no job with no expirence i have up and down days but mostly down please help

It sounds like you have identified the problem pretty quickly. You don't speak to your family, don't work, and have no experience. It sounds like these are parts of your life you need to change. Consider opening a dialogue with your family, applying for some jobs, and furthering your education. It can be hard to motivate yourself if you are struggling with depression. If you can't seem to make things go for you, visit your doctor and tell him about your symptoms. There are many effective treatments for depression, including SSRI antidepressants, and psychotherapy. You may even try both at the same time. Most people feel a lot better as a result of medication and therapy, however there are a few people that continue to suffer, and in such cases there are other options, such as inpatient treatment, ECT, or stronger medications.
