i am 29 yrs old housse wife.till these years i couldn't mantain a friendship with my friendi.we dont have any family friends also.befpr marriage my husband used to have friend.but after marriage all of them have moved away because of me.

I highly doubt it was just

I highly doubt it was just your fault all of your friends and husbands’ friends moved away. There are many great ways to make friends. You could volunteer for non-profit groups, attend a church, join a sports team, or even join an online community (like SupportGroups.com) to find a friend.

It sounds as though you might be having problems greater than just not having friends since you are saying all of this happened since your marriage. If you and your husband are having problems perhaps you should consider marriage counseling. If that is not something that interests your husband you can always seek therapy on your own as well.

Since it is not clear if you are having marital problems, clinically depressed, or truly just sad regarding a lack of friends, it is hard to give more specific advice. But regardless of the issue, there are things that can be done -- you just need to take the first step to do them. A therapist can help you sort through these feelings so you can find out whether or not there is a more serious issue. A therapist could also help you formulate a plan for making some new friends.

Best of luck,
Dr. Williams
