i had a fight with my ex in december, he married someone in february. I am traumatised how do i move on.

If your partner could marry

If your partner could marry someone so quickly after leaving you, then either he was already having an affair with this person (which makes him a dog) or he is completely shallow about his new relationship. Either way, clearly the problem is his and not yours.

I think you should take some time to step back and get a new perspective on the situation. Do some good things for yourself. For example you could reconnect with old friends, take up a hobby, spend a day at a spa, buy some new clothes, etc. Recognize that now you have the power to make your life what you want it to be. Now you can find someone who loves you for who you are and someone worthy of your love and affection.

Best of luck,
