I should add that the 1st boyfriend is awaiting trial on 1st degree murder charges. It is her idea to hop into bed with the last 2 boyfriends ASAP. Seems very abnormal to me.

Nothing in your message sounds like OCD per se, but it is of course possible that she has that as well. However, what was apparent from your message is that your daughter is leading a very destructive lifestyle and it sounds as though you have every reason to be concerned. Pulling out eyelashes believing that it will grant wishes is not abnormal for an 11 year old, but if she still believes this, it is certainly a concern. Generally people who pull hairs from their bodies suffer from Trichotillomania (http://www.brainphysics.com/hair-pulling.php), but they do not usually pull for superstitious reasons.

Additionally, sexual encounters from a young age and being drawn to dangerous men are indicators of a reckless lifestyle. 18 is still relatively young, so if you still have any influence/authority over her at this point I would strongly recommend getting her to a therapist. They can assess for any potential disorders and address her dangerous lifestyle choices.

All the best,

She doesn't still believe pulling eyelashes make wishes come true, but she did pull them all out for a long time. I wonder if she has and obsessive/compulsive personality disorder along with borderline. She has always latched onto someone or something such as a sport or reading. Now the problem is much worse since she latches onto any guy who will pay attention to her. She absolutely refuses to get help and left to move an hour and a half away with some guy she has been talking to lately. She just started working this week and has now quit to be with him. I have absolutely no influence over her. If anything, she will do the exact opposite of whatever I suggest. I sometimes wish I could divorce my children.
