depression,ocd,possible adhd,anxiety

ever since i was younger i had a learning disablity which resulted that i be put into a special class for an hour a day for my whole school life.i'm thinking it was possibly adhd or add because of my lack of concentration and not doing well remembering what i read, etc.
I have ocd and got the obsessive thoughts only after taking a ssri depression medication and switched between different ssri's and serequol, etc for sleep..about 5=6months ago i remembered that i had a large purble growth on my genital area it went away in around a month and can't stop believing it is a genital wart and have a little bump on the roof of my mouth thinking that as well that it is a genital wart.

basically since i had a large purple growth that went away after a month or less im thinking..i can't stop thinking it was a genital wart and it has made me have the most debilitating depression ever.i barely eat, sleep, sit on the couch 95% of the time i can't do anything i cry half the day.i just want to get rid of the memory that i had that growth if i don't i won't get better literally it is very severe what do i do.
