I'm young and so I don't have the means to get the information I require. I need some help because no one else takes me seriously and is unwilling to help me out.
All I want is someone I can talk with.

It's hard to find a psychiatrist who will see someone for free. Psychiatrists are MDs and have to cover their costs (i.e. malpractice insurance), so that might be hard to find. That being said, if you have Medicaid, then you can usually see someone in the community health center, so you might start there.

If you are looking for someone to provide talk therapy, then you don't need an MD. There are many types of professionals that can do psychotherapy, including psychologists, licensed social workers, and masters-level clinicians. These are usually much cheaper, and will often take a few clients at a low fee.

If you are far away from a clinician, you can find help online. Here is a great link: http://www.neuroticplanet.com/onlinetherapy.php

Best of luck,
