Do you ever have frantic thoughts and race from one urgent activity to the next feeling that your choices are limited and others are dictating the way you spend your time? Are you having trouble focusing on the present due to trauma from the past? Are you overwhelmed with anxiety/panic or depression and feel there has to be another way?
I invite you to honor the idea that it is time to seek help. I am good at helping people cope with overwhelming feelings. For many years, I have taught skills to reduce anxiety and panic. Regardless of your circumstances you need to know that help is available.
I can provide concrete suggestions on coping skills that will improve your self esteem and lower your anxiety. These skills will help you return to nurturing and rational thoughts that will help you cope better with current problems and past traumas. I look forward to your call.
