Lev 15:16-19 clearly describes wet dreams and masturbation and sex with a partner and clearly there is no requirement of any sin offering of any kind, which means it is not a sin at all. That would naturally include sexual lust and sexual fantasies that normally and naturally goes along with wet dreams and masturbation and sex with a partner. When people wrote Lev they were as normal and as human as we are today.

This is proven to be a wonderful design and gift from God. Gift given to all. Just like like food, water, air, rain, sunshine, life, and any other gift from god.

Gen 1:31 Even the word was made flesh and Jesus is flesh all very much of God and not evil. The bad flesh the Bible talks about is evil and harmful lust. Lust to murder, lust to hate, lust to steal, lust of unforgiveness, lust of revenge, lust of worship other deity gods.
Sex is not evil in itself you have to add evil to it. Sexual lust is an important of God�s sexual design. If you call it sin and try to remove it 100%. Then God�s sexual plan would not even work at all.
