>>LT>>>> ya i agree with you guys, i think its a form of lust and the bible makes it pretty clear to abstain from that sort of thing. Matt5:28
******inkaboutit********Major contradiction-- verse used by anti-nudist people. Matt. 5:28 is totally misunderstood and taken out of context. "look at a women with lust...adultery" http://inkaboutit.homestead.com/Lustmt528.html

>>>>>Ozzie said>>>> inkaboutit: base on what you've written in your latest entry, I respect your views and comments; I actually appreciate your research efforts. I guess people in this thread were hard on you because of your initial entry to this discussion. You were too strong.

*******inkaboutit reply*****'' You were too strong." Because I am take the 100% opposite stand of many religious people. They take a strong stand on their side and they have nothing to back up their stand at all.

There logic is faulty and inconsistence, every verse they use is out of context and not talking about masturbation. They avoid verse that do talk about masturbation and clearly show it is NOT a sin. The past medical lies have clearly been expose as lies. God invented and created lusty, sexy, human sexuality, NOT satan, but God. If you call sexual lust and sexual fantasies a sin and was successful in removing it 100% then God sexual design would not even work at all. Sexual lust and sexual fantasies are very important part of God's sexual human design. Matt 5:28-30 are totally taken out of context and misunderstood.

>>>>>Ozzie said>>>> This topic is really something. What really amazes me is that when one masturbates, there's a result of guilt. Could it be because this is usually accompanied by having impure thoughts or lust? Could this be part of what the Bible calls sinful nature?

*******inkaboutit reply*****Guilt is taught. From early child your parent teach you to always cover your ''privates'' and scold you for rubbing you ''privates'' in public. From all this you assume that nudity and sex is bad or evil or a sin. Taught to you by others in this anti-sex Puritan based culture. In other cultures where sex is more open minded and children are not hidden from adult having sex and they run around nude they have not guilt about masturbation or sexuality or nudity.

We are under the law of love (love God, love other as you love yourselves) and on the most part the sin principal is the opposite of that. What sex laws did God give Adam and Eve? Basic none. They basically were under the same law of love also. We are new creation in Christ, similar to Adam and Eve were new creation of God. Christian's relationships are under the law of love (love God, love other as you love yourselves).

Masturbation is loving your self, thinking of loving someone else. This is not any violation of the law of love. Loving sexual lust is not evil, it is an important part of God's sexual design. Sexual lust draw us to the opposite sex, and with out it there would be no drawning to the opposite sex and no marriages and no sex and no babies and no more people, no human population. If you call loving sexual lust and loving sexual fantasies evil or a sin, then you are calling God's sexual design evil and a sin, because they are a very important part of God lusty, sexy human sexuality.

>>>>>Ozzie said>>>> If this is not a sin, then that would be great.
*******inkaboutit reply*****It is NOT sin and God's lusty, sexy human sexuality is great. God designed it and said it was very good.

>>>>>Ozzie said>>>> It is sad though that a lot of people still feel that there's no clear explanation to this subject.

*******inkaboutit reply*****It is very sad. They have greatly been mislead. There is very clear teaching in the Bible in Lev 15:16-19 very clearly describes solo wet dreams, solo masturbation and sex with a partner and very clearly there is not requirement of any sin offering of any kind. Clearly NOT a sin. And most all people know that sexual lust and sexual fantasies normally and naturally always goes along with wet dreams, masturbation and sex with a partner and still it did not require and sin offering of any kind. Also in Gen 1:31 it clearly states that God designed it all, that includes lusty, sexy human sexuality with sexual lust and sexual fantasies and said it was very good. NOT satan. Don't call what God invented and design evil, it is not.

God gave all people solo masturbation as a wonderful gift for all to enjoy and to give God thanks for this wonderful gift and stop beating themselves up over being a normal sexy human being the way God made them.

Here are a few verses which I think may help us or guide us in our spiritual lives:

>>>>>Ozzie said>>>> Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! - 2Cor 5:17

*******inkaboutit reply*****Just like Adam and Eve who was 100 nude in public and had no shame or guilt of any sins. Christ as remove all sin and guilt and shame. We can enjoy masturbation and human sexuality and nudity with thanksgiving to God with not shame or guilt as new creations in Christ.

>>>>>Ozzie said>>>> - Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires. - Galatians 5:24

*******inkaboutit reply*****The sin principal part of us is the opposite of the law of love. Loving masturbation is clearly not a sin and not part of the sin nature or sin principal.

Jas 2:12 - So whenever you speak, or whatever you do, remember that you will be judged by the law of love, the law that set you free.

Micah 6:8 The Lord has told you, human, what is good; he has told you what he wants from you: to do what is right to other people, love being kind to others, and live humbly, obeying your God.

Ge 1:31 - Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. ...(Note: God designed our human nature, every detail of our natural sexuality, and said it was all very good. The only bad part of us is what we added, the "sin principal" part.)

Ro 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.

Tit 1:15 Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

Ro 14:20 - For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

1Co 10:23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

2Co 5:17 - Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Ga 6:15 - For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.

Acts 10:13 Then a voice said to Peter, "Get up, Peter; kill and eat." 14 But Peter said, "No, Lord! I have never eaten food that is unholy or unclean." 15 But the voice said to him again, "God has made these things clean so don't call them 'unholy'!" 16 This happened three times

(Note: this was not only about food, but almost everything.)

Ga 5:14 - For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

2Jo 1:6 - Love means doing what God has commanded us, and he has commanded us to love one another, just as you heard from the beginning.

1Co 14:1 - Let love be your highest goal, but also desire the special abilities the Spirit gives, especially the gift of prophecy.

Ro 13:9 - For the commandments against adultery and murder and stealing and coveting and any other commandment are all summed up in this
