My daughter was put on Ortho by her dermatolgist as a possible treatment for acne. After taking it for 2 months, she had to stop. It made her very depressed and gave her horrible mood swings. She would be happy and laughing one minute and 5 minutes later she would be crying hysterical. It didn't do much for the acne either.
