My acne had started to clear up before I began taking ortho tri-cyclen, and by the end of my first course it was just as bad as it had ever been! I have stopped taking it, because I can't stand it any longer. It hasn't helped my skin, I've put on weight, and I have been suffering of depression as a side effect. I have recently begun using Proactiv solution, and I'm considering trying Diane35. Check out the postings on Diane 35 if you're interested -- some of them aren't any better than the ones for ortho tri-cyclen.
