I have intensely irregular periods, and am sexually active. Not only have I been baby-free, but my periods are regular, light, almost cramp and mood-free, and these are all results of this pill.
It has definately been a positive experience for me.
Keep in mind, every woman reacts differently, but since it is such a low-dose formula, it should present less problems than benefits for most women.
