I take Allese and it has worked OK for me. However, I am subject to mood swings naturally and taking the pill increases them. My tendancy is towards depression and I eat when I am depressed. Therefore, I have gained weight. I have recently talked to my health care provider and have asked for a new pill that suppresses the appetite.
Other than that, I have felt a little nauseated, but not much. I have also experienced some light headedness, but it wasn't too difficult to cope with.
