I'm 19 years old and have never technically had sex. My boyfriend has given me oral sex a number of times, but I've never done it to him. A couple of times we have actually gotten completely naked and he has rubbed the tip of his penis around the outter part of my vagina to try and get my to orgasm faster, but now I'm about one or two months late on my period. I'm getting a little worried and we both talked about it and he said that he has heard that pre-cum that comes out of his penis can have a bit of semen in it, but technically I can't become pregnant because there was no penetration...is this true? Or can I get pregnant anyways?
