I got the depo shot last year in Sept. My last shot was in March. This shot has done nothing but cause me PAIN. I used to have horrible cramps to begin with, so this was a good option for me, no period. So I thought. Now my periods our extremly painfull. Worse than before. My cramps are so bad that I actiualy have to call in to work. If i could weight the no period from the depo to worse cramps...... I would take the cramps I had before!!!!!!!
