>>>>>>>>I JUST TO INFORM EVERY ONE THAT DEPO VERA SHOULD NOT BE OUT INTHE MARKET I PLEASE ASK THAT YOU WOMEN WHO HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS SHOT PLEASE CONTACT ME I WISH TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST DEPO VERA IT HAS MADE MY LIFE A LIVING HELL!!! PLEASE HELP

>>>>Hi everyone...I have been doing some searching on Depo effects and everything that goes with it. I have been on the jab for just over 3 years. In fact I just recently got a new jab 1 week ago. Since I have been on the jab i have goined 40 pounds and I keep going. I had tremendous hair loss that is very slowly growing back, I was super depressed. Occasionly I get serious cramping. I have just lately noticed I have not been myself, my friends have told me that I am uncaring and very emotional (high ups and very lows never in between. My doctor prescribe the shot for me because my periods were so bad. I would go through a pad and tampon in 1 hour and have blood clots the size of silver dolloars. She made the shot sound like it was the perfect thing...no periods...no PMS...no NOTHING. Yeh sure I got all those relieved, but in turn I got other things that are completely unbearable. I am not going back for another jab in 3 months. But I am very nervous about getting off and wondering if I will be able to have kids. If there is anyone out there considering the shot I highly recommend thay NOT do it. Espacially if weight is important. It is to me, espacially now. I bought my wedding dress and cannot fit into it anymore. I am getting married in 8 months and I have a lot of work to do. Even though I am very active now, I think I might be in trouble. The depo is the worst thing they have come up with and should be taken off the market!!!!!

I received the shot, because I was tired of having a period, in my case there is no need for one, (I don't want any more babies) I took my first shot in August and the period I was on, stopped immediately, but September right out of the blue i was bleeding, nothing heavy just enough to irritate the crap out of me. Well, I'm on day 5 and it does'nt seem to slowing or stopping. My mood swings I have to stay conscience of and try like hell to act normal. I just wonder how long this bleeding thing will last and when it will ever stop.
