I have been using Loestrin for 3 months and I've noticed a severe change in myself. I've been super sensitive, depressed, very moody and my coping skills seem to have disappeared. I thought I was just going through a rough phase, but I really think this is coming from the pill. I like the convenience of the pill as a contraceptive, but I can't put up with myself this way. I've noticed that on my off-weeks (like today) I feel much more alert and together. I just put in a call to my nurse practitioner, and she suggested I try using B6 with the Loestrin to balance it out. I'm leaning towards stopping the pill all together unless I find some magical solution...any advice?
