I guess that we just have to know deep deep inside of us who we are, and that is the thing. See our ocd makes us doubt who we are, whereas most people don't doubt who they are they just know.
We know but we want to know know. The what ifs are there trying to get us to believe them, but we never really do I dont think it is just always the what if one day I tell people I am gay? What if one day i think I have harmed someone. But that one day never comes in my opinion.
