You really cannot place to much importance on the content of a single dream. Although dreams can have hidden meanings, they can also be the product of last night’s spicy Mexican food. If you were gay you would not need a dream to tell you that. You would be aroused by being around other good looking men. If the dream means anything it is that you would not like to be gay. So, just forget about the dream and move on. If you are unable to move on, then it could be a symptom of OCD and if so, seek treatment.

Best of luck,

Wow. There's no delay in persons replying to posts relating to anything sexual.

However, I am gay, and I've had a few dreams in which I had sex with women and I know that I'm not one bit straight, so I reckon the same applies in reverse.
