Sometimes it can seem like things are happening around you that don't make sense. It is important to talk to your psychiatrist whenever you have problems like the ones you describe. This could be a thought disorder such as schizophrenia or psychosis that accompanies severe mood states. Your doctor will be able to diagnose this for sure and recommend some medications to help you with these troubling thoughts. Another good resource for you would be NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness. They have many chapters throughout the United States with people who are ready to support and encourage you no matter what you are experiencing. I suggest you pay a visit to their website, NAMI.org.

Best of luck,
