This is a tough one, I too struggle with this as my anxiety can erupt at times. What has worked for me over the last few months is taking that rage and getting down on my knees and praying to God that I no longer take my disappointments out on others.

Also, watching myself breath in the mirror- watching my rib cage as I breath in and out ten times is actually working. Breathing never worked before, but I found that since I am a visual learner, this technique works well.

Next suggestion, "tension tamer tea" from publix. I use two bags when I am highly anxious.
