Making It Worse

My family is making everything worse. All they ever point out are the negatives, and making me feel bad about myself. I try to tell them, but the tears come back up again.

I am again getting threatened with psychiatrists and medication, but I don't want that. I'm irritated easily and I really just don't like my family anymore. I know it's bad to say that, but it's sadly true... What do I do?
