why cant I have stable relationships?I have has disastrous relationships that do not go beyong 3months maximum.

There are many reasons people may not have stable relationships. For example, young people may just be learning about relationships for the first time. But without a lot of experience and practice you cannot always expect things to go well. Relationships are just like anything else in that it takes skill and effort to keep it working. It may be just a matter of learning the right skills.

If you are having a metal health issues -- such as depression -- that will complicate all your relationships. People who are depressed tend to push other people away, even without meaning to. If you are depressed you may be pushing away your partners without knowing it.

Some people simply have a chronic problem with relationships. For example, people with borderline personality disorder constantly have stormy dramatic relationships with others. Talk with a relationship counselor to find out how you can improve the quality of your dating relationships.

Best of luck,
