Is it gone for good? Am I better?

Dr.Lane,

I went to a party yesterday, a girl was checking me out, she showed interest in me and introduced herself to me, I was attracted to her, and I started to flirt with her. Then suddenly, I realized the HOCD thoughts were gone. They were gone, no more doubt, no more anxiety, no intrusive thoughts, no more spikes, no more fear, no more corners, no more anger or rage. It came and went so suddenly, I was a little shocked, but what the hell, I am so happy and excited right now. I just want to know, if it will come back? I am cured? Do people with HOCD usually get cured suddenly?

Thanks
