sorry , i would say "without"

Hello James, I am sorry to hear about your struggle with "HOCD" -- obsessive-compulsive disorder with a focus on sexual orientation concerns. It is not surprising that you are confused. OCD attacks the thing that is most important to you, and clearly your love for women is very important. So the OCD comes along and says, "you really prefer men, don't you?" And then doubt starts to creep in, and you panic.
What you need is to see an OCD specialist that can help you using exposure and response prevention. Contact the International OCD Foundation for a referral to an expert in your area. They are online at http://www.ocfoundation.org
Best of luck,
Dr. Williams
