Hi Sanjana, I don't provide

Hi Sanjana,

I don't provide treatment via this website. I just answer readers' questions. You didn't provide any details, so I can't really offer much except to say that if bad experiences from your past are haunting you, making you angry, and disrupting your concentration, then I recommend that you set up an appointment with a psychologist or other mental health professional for an evaluation. Once you are evaluated, you can discuss the appropriate course of treatment (which will likely include therapy).

If you experienced trauma during those 4 years (e.g. some sort of abuse) then it's possible that these are symptoms of PTSD (posttraumatic stress disorder). I hope you are able to have an evaluation soon and can work with a skilled therapist who can help you get past this.
