It is hard to know exactly what to tell you because what you are describing could be an emotional control issue, or it could be unwanted obsessions, as in OCD.

Some people have a very hard time managing their emotions and are prone to outbursts of anger, violence, or even self harm. This can be for a number of reasons (borderline personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, adjustment difficulties, etc.).

If you feel like these urges are intrusive and unwanted thoughts, it could be symptom of OCD. People with OCD may have thoughts of hurting others or themselves, but are not angry or violent and not likely to act on these thoughts.

It would be important to determine what kind of symptoms you are having concerning these urges, so that you can be properly treated. See a professional at once for immediate help.

Best of luck,
