Hi, thank you for writing. Each of the medicines you list can cause sleepiness, including clozapine. It's possible that your sleepiness comes from the cumulative effect of the medications rather than from the clozapine itself. You should let your physician know about this effect; there may be a medication adjustment that he or she can make to lessen this. Clozapine is felt to have fewer extrapyramidal side effects than some antipsychotic medications, so your doctor may desire to continue using it while making a different type of adjustment. Your doctor is trying to find the right balance to help you feel your best, so telling him or her that you are sleeping more than 8 to 9 hours a day is the right way to approach this.
