Overcoming Food Addiction: Samantha's Story (Video)

In 2008, Samantha made the decision to lose weight. At nearly 300 pounds, she knew her addiction to food was controlling her life. Samantha made this video to help others who are struggling with emotional eating, stress eating, binge eating, impulse control, and weight loss.
