i used to watch porn alot and it was in my everyday life till a time that when i talk to people i automatically look at their breast or whatever i cannot control my sight if it is a common disease tell me the name or any suggestions plz help me this is killing me thnx

I'm not quite sure what your question is. I don't know of a clinical term for what you are describing (that doesn't mean there isn't one, but if there is, I'm not familiar with it).

What I do suggest is that you stop watching porn. A steady "diet" of porn is not a very healthy thing, especially for you as you are now looking at people as sexual objects rather than people.

While I can't say for sure, I suspect you can control your visualize focus with some practice and concentrated effort (once you stop the porn). Make it a point to look people directly in the eye and if you catch yourself looking elsewhere, immediately refocus. This may be difficult at first.

If the problem persists, I recommend that you work with a therapist to explore this problem more in depth and to determine the best way to help you.
