Hi Kittie, I don't have

Hi Kittie,

I don't have nearly enough information to really answer your question. However, I am wondering why you say you need to "be high in in order to concentrate"? If you have one of several disorders that can affect your concentration, such as depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, or anxiety for example, medication is not going to make you "high", but it may very well help you concentrate better.

Also, do you not trust your therapist? Have you discussed with him/her your feelings about not seeing a psychiatrist again? I recommend you do so, as open communication is an important part of therapy.
