>>I've been on Diane 35 for almost 5 months now - not for contraception but to control my PCOS. I have found it to help me lose weight, clear up my skin and give me periods (I didn't have them regularly as a result of the PCOS). I have noticed that I'm getting more cramps each month than I had before, as well as sometimes getting them in-between months.

>>>>>>Hi I too was taking the Diane 35 pill for a while, although i didn't notice spotting I have noticed weight gain, headaches, and the blues. did you speak to your Dr about this pill?? because I live in Canada and I guess this pill hasn't been approved as a birth control pill but rather as a cramp helper/skin clearer.

I'e been on Diane for about a year.
I went on it for reasons other than birth control.
I recently went off it because I was away travelling.
I was going to stay off but got a bit nervous about my skin getting bad agian, so this month I went on again.
Does anyone know if my skin really will get bad again or will my body regulate itself?
I've been super moody since I went back on and can't stand it.
>>>>>>So i wasn't really sure what to think of it!! I've gone off it recently and I'll let you know if I see or feel any changes. your spotting is probably because you switched...but I'm not a Dr.!!
>>>>>>any way hope this helps a litttle.
