((((((((BIG SUPPORT HUGS)))))))) I am having some mild to moderate anxiety and obsessing right now , plus coming down with a cold..I am going to go and work out at the fitness center this morning....i feel better when i do that..... I wish we could all have a support group together...Yes, Beth, I even chant when I wash my hands, body, etc.,I write lists, ask and reask questions, driving,,(one is not really a problem anymore),some checking...whole life is my big *ss ritual....but have always been able to function....mentally and physically draining...email me you guys! [email protected] Take care my friends....i know it is hard to fight this nutty demon inside of us......sigh! Jamie
