I have been depressed lately and I just kind of hit a wall a few days ago. I have no motivation to do anything and when I go out, even for short periods, I start to have anxiety. That has never happened to me before, usually I like to be around people.

I don't know if I should try

I don't know if I should try and ride this out or if I should seek professional help.
