Phobia

I had once taken a online test about phobias, and the answers shows that i am claustrophobic. How can i know if its true that i have a claustrophobia? What are its symptoms? Thank you!

Czhe, Claustrophobia is the

Czhe,

Claustrophobia is the excessive or irrational fear of small, enclosed spaces (usually the person fears being trapped in the small spaces). For example, some people with claustrophobia fear riding on an elevator because it's a small, enclosed space. Others are fine with that but would become extremely anxious if they were shut in a small closet or had to crawl through a small hole.

If you truly have claustrophobia you would likely recall times that you became extremely anxious whenever you were in a small, enclosed space - or you could find one and get into it (or try to) and if it doesn't trigger any significant anxiety, then you don't have it.
