Nagging thoughts

My Hocd thoughts are taking on a new form, they are nagging, but they are quite good at nagging without giving me too much anxiety, they are too cunning, HOCD has changed its tactics quite well, I managed to control the anxiety with yoga and with two exams done. So they know anxiety wont work, but they just nag and nag and nag and nag, which clouds my mind and refuses to let me focus, but the nagging does bring me back to compulsion again, I guess HOCD has achieved its goal, I am back on compulsions again. LOL. A set-back, but nothing worse than before, I will fight vigilently again...I need to clear my mind and get that stupid f****** exam over with tomorrow. Signing Out.
